“BUS POSITIVE”

“Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports on the School Bus”

Presented by Susan Farrell, Executive Director, Central MA Collaborative and Michael Freeman, Transportation Director, Worcester Public Schools

Supporting safe transportation to and from school is an important often overlooked area of student behavior management. For schools implementing Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports, (PBIS) take your program to a new level by implementing PBIS on your buses and vans. This presentation will show you how easy and effective it is to expand your PBIS program to include the ride to and from school.  This program was presented at the Annual Conference of the Association of Educational Service Agencies, AESA, in California.
